Keith Dukes III keeps the platform moving.
Keith Dukes III is the owner and founder of Pixal Fest, building a home for independent filmmakers to screen work, meet audiences, and connect with other DMV artists.
His work also extends into artist-facing events and media support, connecting film, visual art, social media, and live programming into one creative network.
